We are proud that MULTICAST was represented at this year’s UMZH Precision Digital Therapeutics Summer School (August 18–22, 2025). Together with an inspiring group of students, clinicians, and researchers our team worked on one of the most important challenges in mental health: developing a prototype for a suicide prevention app.

On July 14, 2025, we held a joint workshop with Adam Brown, Professor of Psychology at the New School for Social Research and Head of the New School Center for Global Mental Health and the Global Mental Health graduate minor, and colleagues from UZH, together with members of the MULTICAST project. 

Our kick-off event was successfully held on June 20, 2023, at the University of Zurich. The event brought together our partners and collaborators as well as domestic and international academics, clinicians, and early-career researchers from different disciplines to discuss how suicidal behavior can best be monitored and treated. On Friday, March 10, 2023, the MULTICAST team was pleased to host Prof. Nicholas Jacobson from the Center for Technology and Behavioral Health in the School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. More

On February 16, 2023, Dr. Isaac R. Galatzer-Levy, Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, USA, delivered a talk to the MULTICAT team at the University of Zurich. More

On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich welcomed Prof. Dr. Janna Hastings, Assistant Professor for Medical Knowledge and Decision Support at the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich and Vice-Director at the School of Medicine at the University of St. Gallen.
